A pivot from construction law into general contracting in 1996, specializing in projects utilizing engineered steel as a primary structural element, resulted in the design & completion of over 200 projects in 6 Western States by our sister company, Allsteel Structures LLC . The same team provides "owner's representative" services in site acquisition, design, permitting and construction.

Our company partners with select seasoned civil and structural engineers in the design, development, permitting and construction stages for projects in the Pacific NW and adjacent States. Our sister company is a charter builder with NUCOR Building Systems, providing us with access to the steel design and engineering resources of the largest domestic steel manufacturer in the United States.

Allsteel offers project planning, coordination of design engineers & architects, estimating & scheduling, contract management of vendors and contractors, and project process from first shovel to punch-out and occupancy. Our services are offered on a "buffet" basis, and our clients utilize us as their needs dictate; we work closely with our clients, tailoring our services to their needs.
